How Can You Remember Your Past Lives?

Do you know there are many more individuals who do believe in reincarnation than there are that do not? For some it is a way of life as in the instance of Buddhists and Hindus, as part of their religious beliefs. While many may be merely curious or looking to explore answers to some of the mysteries of life, many others may consider that it just makes the most sense when considering past lives. There are an assortment of ways to find out more about your past lives.

Journaling Your Experiences

Did you know that keeping a journal is one of the best ways to begin exploring your past lives? Even recording trivial experiences along with the rest of your experiences can be very helpful. Since your emotional reactions provide you with the strongest clues when considering a past life, you should include your emotional reactions to events in your journal. This will be a record that you can refer to later, when assembling all your clues.

You can look for such clues in your present daily life. You can make lists of things that you may like and dislike, which may include anything from your childhood, foods, fashions, architecture, the climates, various cultures and historical periods. You may also consider including other things that come to mind, such as how you feel and what you think about your natural talents and gifts, fears or phobias, characteristics of your personality, birthmarks and scars as well as animals, occupations and those times you may experience dj vu.

Record your dreams as best you can, since past lives may show up occasionally while you dream as well as any time that you may get a hint of a past life. Keep in mind that dream symbols may be reprehensive of both present and past lives and they may carry a meaning for your personally for either the present or the past. It is a good idea to present yourself with a suggestion, before you go to sleep, that you want to learn about your past lives. When they come to you, simply write down everything and anything you may remember.

Past Life Regression Therapy

Professional past life regression therapists can be most helpful, since they are able to guide you through a regression and then aid you with the interpretation of the information you receive. Meditation

Whichever method appeals most to you make sure you can meditate in an area that is peaceful and that you won’t be disturbed.

Sit or lie down in a comfortable position. Make sure you are in a positive, receptive frame of mind. Focus on relaxing your muscles and then quiet your mind. If unwanted concerns float in, quickly acknowledge them and let them go. This can take some practice. Focus on your heart and don’t expect anything but relaxation. If you have a question to ask, ask it and let it go. The answer will most likely come when you least expect it.

The images that come to you are helpful for resolving some issue in your present life, whether you believe in reincarnation or not. Although, it may not always be possible to prove that the images you receive come from a previous lifetime, many individuals do receive enough information to begin researching and verifying the events, areas or names they do receive.

Some individuals find that the people they love in this life were there with them in a previous life, although their relationship may vary. For instance a mother may have been a sister or even a wife in a previous lifetime.

Whether or not you believe in reincarnation and past lives, many individuals find that they do receive interesting and helpful information when they try regression, no matter what they may have believed to begin with.
